- God first “takes” you: You are His choice. He never picks a loser. You are some of His best work. Remember the moment you sensed His hand on your life. Oh, how special was that moment.
- God “blesses” you. Count your blessings, not your troubles. God has been faithful. His mercy endures forever. He never leaves you, nor forsakes you. You are blessed.
- God “breaks” you. Oh yes, there is a breaking process. The purpose of breaking is never to destroy you, but to multiply you for His intention. God has big plans for your life.
- God “gives” you: You are given to those who need your gift. God’s gifts are always the best, most appropriate gifts. You are His choice gift to hurting people. Be encouraged as you remember His ultimate purpose for your life. God has not given up on that purpose; nor should you!
I share support for any leader in transition. Observe the pattern of Jesus each time He chose bread to feed a group: He TOOK bread, He BLESSED bread, He BROKE bread, and He GAVE bread. This is an encouragement to anyone involved in Kingdom work. Add Comment |
