Our journey continues revealing new horizons, and fresh dimensions of destiny. Responsibility levels increase as we mature. Jesus taught that to whom much is given, much is required. Added responsibilities take the form of a “cost,” or commitment, that must be given.

First, decide to BURY THE PAST. A cost we must willingly pay to be His disciple. Regardless of how painful the past, it cannot be carried with us to our future. Bury the past and walk toward the glorious future God has planned.

Next, choose to ELIMINATE FEAR. Discipleship produces a fearless life.  Fear has torment. Mature love removes fear. Fall in love with Jesus again knowing He will walk with you through every season life brings. No reason to fear if He is with me.

Finally, commit to BELIEVE GOD CAN USE ME. Discipleship brings us to the place of serving in the Kingdom. I don’t need to be a theologian, or scholar, I just believe God can, and will, use me for His Glory.

This could be my finest hour. I will not draw back; I am a disciple of the King of Kings!
