God created you for a special purpose. Unfavorable circumstances of the present do not change God’s intentions. Neither have wrong choices, broken relationships, and painful experiences destroyed your potential. You remain a competent, gifted person and can have the life of your dreams. Let me take you on a brief path of empowerment that will bring the results you crave.

The journey to empowerment begins with forgiveness. Receiving God’s forgiveness is the first step to recovery. Releasing those who have hurt you is another area of forgiveness; and the final part is self-forgiveness. Self-condemnation opens the door for enemy forces to work on us with doubt and guilt. To love others, and share your life with them, you must first love and forgive yourself.

Empowerment also includes a decision to move beyond the past. “This one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before” Philippians 3:13. Allow memories to empower, instead of destroy you. Finally, redeem the time that is left. Replace hopelessness, bitterness, and despair with peace, happiness, and fulfillment. It’s called, TAKING BACK MY LIFE!
