The other day, I was watching some enormous men attempting to do great feats. One activity in particular caught my attention -- that was the pulling of a tractor trailer truck. It seemed so impossible! The "giants" were hooked to a truck with a harness and a rope was laid before them to use for pulling. The goal of this feat was to pull the tractor/trailer for a specified distance the fastest time. Although it was strenuous and tough, I noticed the more they pulled, the easier it got.
God never told us that life would be easy after salvation. But He said He would never leave us or forsake us. You may be feeling you are hooked to a large truck and trying to pull without the leverage of the rope. As long as your hope/rope is anchored in God, you can pull that truck! Pulling the impossible is possible as long as you rely on God's strength.

You are no mere speck to me!
When I look at you, I do not say, "Come here mortal man!" I speak your name, every syllable correct, every blessing it carries released. When I speak your name, all of heaven catches its breath. The host of heaven says, "Who is this that draws His eye? That He would speak their name?"
Your name on my lips changes the future, your future born anew!
Do not say in your heart, "Why would the I AM speak my name?" You are no mere mortal! You are mine, my delight! Am I not a King? Should I withhold honor from those I love? I desire to honor you. Gather yourself! Gather your thoughts, gather your faith!
Listen! I call your name!

"For thus says the LORD of hosts; After his glory has he sent me unto the nations which plundered you: for he that touches you touches the apple of his eye." Zechariah 2:8
According to scientists, the "apple of the eye" is the center of the eye's pupil, the location where light and sight enter the eye. Here at the apple, light illuminates the object that the eye is focusing on. God is FOCUSED on YOU with His ILLUMINATING LIGHT! Hallelujah!
In Hebrew, this phrase is often associated with a Father's admiration for his children, especially his daughters. It is a holy admiration, a reflecting love that the Father bestows on us.
Be encouraged in your walk today. You are the apple of your Father's eye! He admires your efforts, recognizes the beauty in you. He can see the family resemblance. You are no cast off but a son or daughter. His illuminating light is wrapped around you, admiring you, loving you. You are not in God's peripheral vision or surrounding vision--you are His entire focus. He's totally focused on admiring and loving you today!
It is the inner spirit that determines a person’s success or failure. Some are driven, others quit.
Your spirit is your most valuable asset. Although it could be the most neglected part of your life; yet it remains God’s focal point. When your spirit is strong nothing can bring defeat, but when it’s weak, the smallest thing will get on your nerves. That’s when you need GOD’S SECRET WEAPON.
Moses chose men to spy out Canaan. Among those chosen was Caleb whose name means, Dog. The Bible says that Caleb had another spirit. He was different than others. With a name like Dog, you can be sure he wouldn’t let go of anything God promised. We don’t hear much about Caleb until there is a crisis then he became, GOD’S SECRET WEAPON.
Your trial is not to destroy you; it will project you onto the stage of miracles. Begin to measure your giants against God, not against yourself. The giants may be bigger than you, but God is always bigger than your giants. If you are in the fight of your life, and you feel the pressure, your strength of spirit could be GOD’S SECRET WEAPON!
Today could be the day to start living the dream. Even when the debris of life continues piling on, God remains committed to the dream He placed in your heart. Encouragement could be in the distant past; courage and strength might be qualities of life long since buried beneath yesterday’s pain.
Feeling like a failure along with mistakes made does not cancel God’s love. God has never been sorry for loving you! You remain a valuable treasure in His eyes and He believes in you.
Take a moment and remember your greatest desire. The one which burned in your spirit the most. It may seem impossible to attain right now. Dig deep enough, you’ll find it. Now, take all the clutter away, dust off the dream and, once again, talk to God about the steps you will take toward its manifestation.
It’s not too late. Gather courage, strength and encouragement for the journey. Your strength can be renewed as the strength of the eagle. Courage remains dormant, but is activated by faith and encouragement becomes the fuel to the manifestation of your dream. Be encouraged to live the dream!
