Since my Christian walk began, I've felt compelled at times to give away things to my sisters and brothers. Sometimes I've even given things to people who aren't yet born again. I'm not keeping records, nor can I remember everything I've given. However, I can say for sure, I've never given away my life. Jesus did. This is proof that I have not yet attained.
We may never be called upon to give our lives, but we should be willing too. Sadly, many people who claim Christ as their Savior aren't willing to give a hug, a kind word -- surely never their lives. But it's not too late!
Let's ask God to soften our hearts toward our brothers. Let our love increase, the God-kind of Love, that envelopes us and makes us desire to be servants of all. I implore you beloved. Give your God-given love away and in doing so, you will give the most precious thing you have to the Children of God, yourself.
