_Bishop Gerald Doggett

God never leaves us without a promise. Regardless of how tough the situation, there is always a promise, a key to exit every circumstance. When we see the problem it often seems so large we start talking about the size of the issue, and our own limited resources. Think back a bit, and remember that when you spoke about the problem, it seemed to get larger. The more we focused on the issue at hand, the more intimidating that issue became. Often, we are brought to tears while facing this type of challenge.

God does not leave us without encouragement. His Word declares, “They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.” If you have sown in tears, and sorrow has dominated your experience over an extended period of time, God says that you will have a harvest of joy. Shift your speaking to the answer God has provided. Now is the time to wrap your faith around the promise of God, cast off a spirit of sorrow, mourning, and tears. Reach for new heights, and allow your expectations to connect with a harvest of joy. No worries about the circumstance you presently face, JOY IS PROMISED!
