God may have all the time in the world, but He likes regular appointments. There's nothing our God loves more than meeting us at a regular time and place. When Adam walked with God, it was in the cool of the day, probably in the morning or at dusk. Enoch, the son of Jared, walked so faithfully, regularly with God that one day, Enoch simply stepped over into eternity! Noah, it is recorded was one to take walks with God. His regular meetings led to the salvation of his family. King David met with God, talking to Him, worshiping Him before his feet ever hit the floor.
Do you have a regular rendezvous with God? Rendezvous is a fancy word that means "meeting at a regular time and place." Is your prayer life hit or miss? Do you talk to God "on the fly?" Any prayer is good but if you can, establish a regular rendezvous with God and enjoy experiences reserved only for the faithful walkers.
God answers prayer but He performs wonders by appointment!
