Besides caring for the sick and meeting the needs of the poor, churches now have to be prepared to protect their congregations. According to the Enrichment Journal in order to do this, churches need to have a plan of action. They need security. Church security guidelines should be in place long before an incident occurs. It's not feasible for church leaders to keep their heads in the sand any longer. Security and protection are a real problem.
